A Photographic Study of All Things West Virginia

I didn’t get the opportunity to go on my morning photo trip this past Sunday, so therefore I’m dredging up recent images that hadn’t previously made it into my posting rotation.  I mean what am I supposed to do, not post?  Yes, that’s right, just when you thought this photo blog couldn’t possibly get any weirder or less relevant, it does!

This image was taken alongside a gravel road way back in the hills of West Virginia.  I found it to be quite disturbing, in a serial killer kinda way, and did not waste much time in the area.

Kettle Road, Roane County, WV

  1. Looks like a “wedgie lynching” tree. Weird and disturbing.
